2x Newcastlemax (208,000 DWT, 2020, New Times) sold in enbloc deal including TC to Genco Shipping and Trading for USD 145.5 million, VV Value USD 140.3 million
Kamsarmax BW Japan (81,600 DWT, 2019, Tsuneishi Cebu) sold for USD 32.5 million, VV Value USD 31.4 million
Tanker: VV Tanker values strengthened this week especially for resale and modern vessels as S&P activity increased
VLCC Cosgrand Lake (299,000 DWT, Feb 2006, Universal) sold SS/DD Due by COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation for USD 35 million, VV Value 40.66 million
Suezmax Stena Sunshine (159,000 DWT, Jan 2013, Samsung) sold to Unknown Greek buyer for USD 58 million, Value VV 56.24 million
MR2 (Chemical/Product) Amfitrion (50,100 DWT, Jan 2017, Samsung) sold by Capital Ship Management for USD 34.25 million, VV Value 32.05 million
Receptacle: Container values remained fairly stable this week, the only exception being old Panamax values which continued to rise
Handy Container CNC Saturn (1,952 TEU, Nov 2020, Tsuneishi Cebu) sold by Nissen Kaiun for USD 36 million, VV Value USD 37.1 million
Handy Containers Contship Run & Contship Sea (1,574 TEU, 2007, Jiangsu Yangzijiang ) sold en bloc to MSC for USD 34 million, VV Value USD 35.57 million
Feedermax KR Celebes (728 TEU, Nov 2002, Dae Sun) sold by Gluck Shipping for USD 7 million, VV Value USD 6.94 million
