Virgin Atlantic Cargo has announced a strategic partnership with CargoAi, a leading digital enabler in the air cargo industry. This collaboration represents a significant step forward in Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s mission of providing innovative, customer-focused digital solutions and enhancing the booking experience for its global cargo shipping community.
Through this integration, freight forwarders can now seamlessly access Virgin Atlantic Cargo’s global capacity across key markets including UAE, Atlantic, Belgium, Germany, France, UK, US, IE, India, Netherlands and ZA, directly via the Cargo Eye digital platform. The launch phase includes general freight services supporting shipments weighing up to 5,000 kg, and Pharma and Fresh products will follow in the near future, expanding our digital offerings further.
This integration is instantly available to more than 23,000 freight forwarders worldwide, providing real-time rates, bookable capacity and a streamlined, fully electronic booking process – whether via CargoMART, the CargoAi marketplace or direct connections to leading transportation management systems (TMS).
