UK Prime Minister is “very concerned” about the closure of Heathrow Airport

UK Prime Minister Sir Kerr Starmer stated that he was “very concerned” and “there are questions” after the closing of Heathrow Airport last Friday.

The airport was closed to all flights until 6 pm the day after the fire at a nearby power station, which led to the abolition of more than 1000 flights.

Speaking on Monday, Sir Kerr stated that “it is very concerned about what happened on Friday. It is clear that there are questions to be answered regarding what happened on Friday.”

Energy Minister Ed Miliband launched a short time after the accident, which will be implemented by the independent national energy system operator (NESO). “Neso will support the efforts made to build a clear picture of the circumstances surrounding this incident and the energy flexibility in the United Kingdom on a larger scale so that it is prevented from happening again,” the UK government said in a statement.

“There is an internal review, but the Foreign Minister has also ordered an investigation so that we can reach the bottom of this,” Starmer continued.

“But am I worried about it? Yes, I. Do I think there are questions to answer them?

“I don’t want to see an important airport like Hatro that is going on the way that happened on Friday, so I am not comfortable for that second.”

Heathrow also launched her own internal review in dealing with her, which will be led by former Minister of Transport Roth Kelly, an independent member of the airport board.

“Heathrow regrets the disturbance that caused this. We hope that all those affected will understand that the decision was taken to give priority for the safety of our passengers and colleagues.” “We are committed to finding any possible learning from this unprecedented accident.”

In a statement on Monday, the CEO of Heathro Thomas and Oldby said: “Last week, thousands of people watched quickly and safely to a problem that none of them had faced before. Our decisions have led to disruption – so we establish, and I hope they appreciate this for the safety of our passengers. From the infrastructure of travel, it returned to full and safe operation from the beginning of the list – we have operated a full schedule at the end of this week.

“Any accident like this must lead to investigations and reviews of all relevant systems and operations. This event is not different and any lessons will be learned.
