Trump costs challenge the Supreme Court

The possibilities, in the coming months, will issue a ruling that limits Donald Trump’s assurances to one side. Perhaps the court will strike the imposition of the radical and unprecedented definitions without the involvement or denial

Although it is impossible to know how such a situation will be issued, some combat grows now. Political observers and even administration officials who have not been disclosed are unique to what will happen if Trump simply challenges the court, confirming his executive strength and creating his nose in the rule of law and the constitutional order.

I think such a decision to ignore the Supreme Court will be more difficult and expensive for Trump than many.

The court’s decision, which provides a clear and unified reprimand by the president by the full court or 7-2 of the great generations that baffle the authority of the United States constitution. Another challenging president collapsed in 1974 when he unanimously ordered a decision by President Nixon to hand over the damaged White House tapes or invite his party rebellion and many of the country.

The court’s decision will be more powerful if he deals with a position in which Trump is flagrantly contradictory to the constitution, as is the case with his refusal to a fourteenth amendment granting citizenship to “all people born” in the United States.

In addition to their achieved constitutional authority, the Supreme Court also has the advantage of controlling the timing of its rulings. Trump’s approach is likely to be affected if the court issued a ruling within a period of political weakness, as is the case in the operation to the 2026 elections. If Republicans in Congress are scrambling to win by re -election in a bad year of their party, the White House may choose to avoid a constitutional crisis that forces Republican candidates to take a side.

Although Republican loyalty to Congress has been held so far, such a scenario will be tempted by legislators to protect themselves through advertising, “I will tell the president that he is wrong.”

Trump’s assumption that he has the ability to impose his will may be in some cases. Trump has ordered his administration to cancel nearly nine out of 10 programs at the US International Development Agency. Unprecedented but clear and easy to do. But the president lacks similar tools to tame the Federal Reserve Bank.

The independence of the Federal Reserve is planning Trump to direct the interest rate policy and replace the ruler with an ally. The Federal Reserve operations are installed in 12 regional federal reserve banks and their networks of private owned commercial banks. Its financing was obtained from the bank’s operations in the capital markets and independent of Congress and the President. Trump’s favorite weapon will not work to reduce budgets to force obedience with the Federal Reserve Bank if he pays a possible decision for the Supreme Court who was sentenced to its launch of the Federal Reserve Governor.

Then there is a matter of the remainder of the judiciary. How will he respond if Trump is clearly ignored? In normal times, the federal legal system distinguishes management and its actions. But if the President rejects the US Supreme Court, the judicial system will become less inclined to the administration and its lawyer and give them benefit from doubt in other cases.

The costs of the Supreme Court challenge in one case can have a rippal effects, which leads to a series of other provisions against the administration that would make such a step particularly expensive.

Trump also relies on people to manage his decision. It caused an unprecedented constitutional crisis that will raise a major historical import issue: Are officials decided to obey the court or the president? Balance rest is their current functions and historical consequences to save the rule of law. Trump’s actions during his mandate sparked protest resignations from the Ministry of Justice and the internal disagreement between senior officials.

Do not make mistakes, the consequences of the court challenge will be radical. After all, the national and international economy and world leaders have always assumed that the American state is a nation of laws. But Trump denies the rule of law that would start from a constitutional crisis in the United States, the investor’s confidence in the dollar, and lead to severe sales in the stock market. Although there is no precedent for the constitutional challenge, the markets decreased by 10 percent per day after a high tariff in April 2025.

Trump’s decision to challenge the Supreme Court is hardly a single conclusion, even for him. The truth is that Trump’s dangers – and the country – from the arrest of the rule of the law is enormous and may lead to the fall of the political president.
