Toobin on Abrego Garcia: “I don’t think it will return mainly at all.”

Legal analyst Jeffrey Topin said he does not believe that Kilmar Abrago Garcia, a Maryland man who was accidentally deported to El Salvador earlier this year, would return to the United States at all.

Last week, the Supreme Court ordered the Trump administration to “facilitate” the release of Abugo Garcia from the reservation, but President Trump and President Salvadori Nayyib Police assert that they do not have the authority to do so.

In an interview with CNN, Tobin said he does not believe that the country’s highest court wants to cause a global confrontation, and therefore may not retreat if Salvador refuses to hand over Abeergo Garcia.

“I think they do not want an international confrontation they caused,” Topin told CNN from John Berman, when he was asked what he believes that the Supreme Court “is thinking about all this.”

“They will be very supportive if El Salvador says,” We simply do not transfer it. “I bet that this Supreme Court will say,” Well, there is nothing that can be done in this case. “

“You don’t think this man returns?” Berman’s request.

“I don’t think he will return mainly,” Topin said.

Abu Garcia was deported after being accused by a secret laboratory as a member of the MS-13 gang in New York. His family confirmed that he fled Al -Salvador because of the gang violence and that he did not live in the state of Empire.

Trump and an agent indicated during a meeting at the White House on Monday that they would not facilitate his return. The comments came after the administration admitted earlier this month that they had accidentally deported the man to a high security prison in the Central American country.

“How can I return him to the United States? I am dealing with him to the United States? Of course I will not do that,” said Bokley, as he called Appyrigo Garcia as a terrorist. “The question is not glorious.”

He added: “I do not have the ability to return it to the United States. I do not release – I mean, we are not fond of the terrorists in our country.”

Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi said that the decision of the fate of Abu Garcia is due to El Salvador and that the United States could not do anything more than sending potential transportation.

She said: “The Supreme Court ruled … that if Al Salvador wants to return it … we will facilitate this, and this means providing a plane.”
