The supply of US LNG to Europe will continue to grow, said the US Energy Secretary
Liquid natural gas supply (LNG) from the United States to Europe will continue to grow, US Energy Secretary Chris Wright told Reuters on Monday during a visit to Capital Warsaw Poland.
“The US supply will continue to grow in meaningful ways. There are many dialogues about the contract,” Wright told Reuters on the sidelines of the conference in Warsaw. “I think we will really see more off-take agreements for LNG from the US in Europe.”
Wright refused to comment on the possibility of Russian energy returning to Europe, and said the energy situation on the continent would be determined mostly by Europeans.
