The last defense of Google Artificial Intelligence software is only so far
James points out that to work together with malware monitoring tools now made in Drive, Chrome and Gmail, this protection was made using the Specialist of the Google Antivirus Software Development Team.
“For me, the funniest part is that we can do this based on artificial intelligence to identify ransomware behavior, and then we can pair it by protecting user data to minimize damage,” says James. “We call it a missing safety network.”
This feature has simple limitations. Of course, if a business or institution uses the drive for the desktop in the first place – there is no precaution that many organizational software is still dominated by Microsoft. In addition, Drive for Desktop is a program for Windows and Mac PCs. If Ransomware breaks through digital files that are not stored in the drive, Google is unable to detect infection.
Other cloud storage systems, including Microsoft’s OneDrive and Dropbox, offer features with similarities to a new drive to protect the ransom desktop. And while identifying and responding is important components because defenders work to prevent cybercriminals and empower victims to prevent ransom from paying, the benefits and limitations of each separate tool are reminded that there are still no panci to threaten ransomware.
