The December trial of the Wisconsin judge has been appointed regarding the obstruction of immigration agents



A Judge Wisconsin, who was accused of helping migrants, will be tried by federal immigration agents in December.

The trial of the trial of the Melocoki Provincial Court, Hana Dogan, who was accused on two charges in May, was tried on December 15 on Wednesday by the American boycott judge, Lin Adilan.

The jury is scheduled to be chosen on December 11 and 12, according to court documents.

Dogan was arrested in April and was charged in mid -May with two charges: “From” intentionally “hiding the immigrant required for arrest by immigration agents and obstructing the removal procedures.

Dogan, who was suspended by the Wisconsin Supreme Court in the wake of her arrest, claimed that the charges should be dropped, saying that she was acting as an official as an outlet.

Dogan admitted that he was not guilty.

In the middle of April, it was claimed that the boycott judge told the immigration agents to go to the Judges’ Office, then allowed the Mexican citizen, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, and his lawyer using a non -general door to help stay away from arrest, the prosecutors said.

Flores Ruiz, who was illegally in the country, was later arrested.
