The city of CPK airport acquires momentum


The development of the airport city – an international area for innovation and innovation with the new transportation center in Poland – has taken a big step with the signing of the cooperation agreement between CPK and the Special Economic Zone. Airport City is located around the next airport between Warsaw and łódź, and it is the strategic cornerstone of the National Transport Infrastructure Program and a fast -growing international business area aimed at attracting investment and leading the growth led by innovation.

Airport City CPK will form a modern multi -functional urban area with the new airport and high -speed rail exchange. The project includes the construction of high -level hotels, first -class office buildings, multi -use developments, public places, and industrial facilities specifically designed for the needs of international travelers, employees and global investors.

The city of CPK airport has been planned as a modern commercial area that serves a wide range of companies and institutions from Poland and abroad. Development is expected to attract companies working in administrative, administrative and research activities, especially in the aviation and technology sectors. By supporting a variety of companies, Airport City aims to enhance an innovative ecosystem and contribute to the continuous economic diversification of Poland.

The Special Economic Zone (łódzka Specjalna Strefa Ekonomiczna) is one of the highest -ranking regions in Europe. Recognized for its friendly policies for investors and support specifically designed, and is specialized in creating and managing industrial parks and building production facilities, warehouses and offices. It also manages many educational initiatives to support modern industry.

In 2024, CPK has made historical progress in planning the modern and integrated transportation system. Through an airport on the latest model, high -speed railway and road networks at one time, this ambitious investment is scheduled to turn Poland’s connection, pay economic growth, and put the country as a main European transport center.

It is scheduled to open in 2032, CPK will act as a new central Poland airport. The project also includes a high -speed rail network. In a strategic location in the heart of Central and Eastern Europe, CPK will be a major global transportation center.
