TAP Air Portugal expands GRU Connect cargo capacity with new São Paulo route
- TAP Air Portugal has strengthened its cargo offering to São Paulo’s Guarulhos Airport with the addition of a fourth route via Salvador, increasing GRU Connect’s total flights to 37 weekly flights.
- The expanded service strengthens trade links between Europe and Brazil by offering more flexible and reliable air transportation options to one of the busiest shipping hubs in South America.
TAP Air Portugal’s cargo service now has four routes and 37 weekly flights to Guarulhos Airport.
TAP Air Portugal’s air cargo capacity from Portugal to Guarulhos Airport has now increased. GRU Connect now offers four air freight routes to São Paulo, increasing supply to Guarulhos (GRU).
In addition to the GRU Direct service, linking Lisbon and São Paulo, and the Via Fortaleza and Via Brasília options, this service now includes the Via Salvador route with seven weekly air transport flights to Guarulhos, providing a flexible, reliable and competitive product that responds to the growth of trade between Europe and Brazil.
With this increase in capacity, TAP now provides a total of 37 weekly cargo flights to São Paulo, ensuring that goods reach their destination efficiently, reliably and with seamless integration.
