“This was a difficult period in which the constant temporary show problems led to the needs of the intermittent and unexpected component. The only common denominator was the extreme urgency of shipments, to avoid production lines,” says Ismail Duran, NEO’s critical sales manager.

“Getting appropriate and available sources for nearby aircraft and operating them in this short notice, while reducing costs to the customer, created some challenges – but nothing we could not solve. Smaller shipping companies have provided the solution. Everything went to plan, and the final customer was able to maintain production throughout the recovery at a reasonable cost.”
