From November 11-13, 2025, Miami will host a historic event in global logistics as Americas Transportation Logistics, Americas Air Cargo, and the newly introduced Americas Freight Project come together at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Organized by Messe Munich
This joint event is expected to attract more than 6,000 visitors from more than 30 countries, covering every sector of logistics and supply chain management. The event will include three main sections:
• Logistics transportation in the Americas, covering road, rail, combined transportation, inland and ocean freight, ports, courier services, e-commerce fulfillment, logistics IT, telecommunications, warehouse management systems and packaging solutions.
• Americas Air Freight, freight forwarders, airlines, airports, express services, cargo handling companies, aircraft charter brokers, logistics service providers, IT systems and equipment for air freight.
• Project shipping in the Americas, with a focus on heavy and bulk road transport, rail operators and special vehicles, inland and sea freight including break-bulk and ro-ro, air freight project cargo, port handling and unloading, cranes and lifting technology, unit carriers, and cargo insurance.
Expert insights
The event includes a conference program held on the sidelines of the trade fair, bringing together international specialists in the fields of air freight, transportation, logistics and supply chain management. Confirmed speakers include executives and experts from major organizations such as FedEx, DHL, PortMiami, Miami International Airport, Atlas Air, Kuhne + Nagel, Amerijet International Airlines, United Airlines, LATAM Cargo Group, Cargill, Grupo Mexico Transportes, and more.
The exhibition opens on Tuesday, November 11, with an opening ceremony and ribbon cutting on the Blue Stage from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. The first session explores the near-haul and regionalization process, with a focus on the impact on air freight demand and infrastructure. Later, World Trade Center Miami will lead a session on digital shipping, covering data, automation and the intelligent supply chain. EACC Florida will be followed by a discussion on transatlantic trade in turbulent times, addressing tariffs, political shifts, and supply chain realities. The day also includes sessions presented by the Florida Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association (FCBF) and the Women in Logistics Program that highlight leadership and diversity in the industry.
Tuesday’s schedule also includes insights into heavy transportation and project redirection, civil engineering opportunities in the U.S., e-commerce and rapid growth, and exploring strategies for adapting to the evolving shipping environment.
On Wednesday 12 November, sessions will cover investment, infrastructure and urban logistics. Topics include FDI investment in Latin America and the Caribbean, smarter fleets and stronger supply chains, integrated ports and airports, and urban last-mile logistics that balance efficiency, emissions and consumer expectations. Afternoon sessions will address airport cargo hubs, improving cross-border trade between the United States and Mexico, adaptive supply chains, and the role of liquefied natural gas in global markets.
The program concludes on Thursday, November 13, with a focus on air cargo, clean technology and workforce development. Airports Council International – North America will present sessions on policy impacts and maximizing space for cargo facilities, followed by World Trade Center Miami on clean technology and logistics innovation. The final session, led by Miami Dade College and Florida International University, explores career paths in logistics and air freight, supporting the development of the next generation of professionals.
