Think of the keyboard switch like light switches. They have a fixed point where they are activated, and they can all report whether they are in one of the two states. Hall effects switches are more like less light handles. They know exactly where they are now and they can report that information to the computer, which has the benefits of many traditional keyboard switches.
For beginners, you do not need to settle like many key pages for a fixed activation point. You can use the software to adjust the keys very sensitive, or ask them to lower the whole way, or even adjust the keys to press the different buttons depending on the amount of pressing them. If you like to play video games, you can set keys to act like an analog or trigger joystick, allowing you to be easily guided in racing games or walking without choosing a controller in RPGs.
This software has a lot of options, but it is well thought and easy to use, although you need to connect to changes. This is based on QMK, but Keyroncon provides its web -based launch to make things easier, especially if you are not well customized in that software.
This is a premium mechanical keyboard. The switches themselves are made by the Gatron, and our judgment is super smooth thanks to pre -lobe rails and magnetic sensors. The design of the washer and the full aluminum body work together to provide a deep, deep typing experience. Unless you use linear switches before, you may not miss some of the crisp and feedback you receive from a touch or click mechanical switch.
While the larger Q6 key is currently at the top of our favorite mechanical keyboard list, if you do not need the NUM pad, you may appreciate the extra desk space you can use with Q1 HE. Otherwise they are very similar boards and you save $ 50 in this process.
