Santos argues that social media publications should not lead to a more severe punishment

“The competition for the intensity of the proposed sentence is not the same as the competition for guilt, and to punish protected speech because it doubts that punishment should disturb anyone who appreciates a fair prosecution over personal justification.”

Santos acknowledged that he was guilty of fraud and stealing the intense identity last year after being expelled from the room when the Ethics Committee stated that he deceived the donors in an attempt to raise funds to make special gains.

“Whoever creates a completely fake biography to stealing harsh money from the elderly and disabled donors, enabled Santos, unrestricted by fame from the exploitation of the regime that we choose with our representatives,” the prosecutors wrote the ruling.

In the court files, they argued that the former legislator is still not apologizes and risks the risk of repeating the same crimes again if they were given a lighter penalty.

“Unlike this background, moreover, Santos’s claims after paint from remorse Range Holo. Until these lines were written, despite the years of the media’s attention actively and benefiting from his snoring, Santos did not lose anything about his illicit gains and did not block any of his financial crimes victims.”

“The court can find this fact” appears[s] They added strong risks of retreat and lack of regret on his behavior.

It is now expected that the ruling that was originally issued for the month of February will now be done, but it was returned at the request of Santos lawyers on Friday.
