Protein Factor plus Review of meals (2025): filling, not obese
Protein Plus options are very broad and generally make up half of the invoice menu. The meals are mainly sturdy in the middle of the middle: garlic chicken, barbecue wings, a red pepper for breakfast. Jamaica salmon and a Thai yellow chicken were among the environmental options I tried, but even they feel domesticated. (I actually did a lot more than I expected like salmon.)
However, most meals are classic square meals: a meat, starch, vegetables that are probably green. This western mother’s meal is almost healthy. Hack, Factor – Limited in Illinois – even has a western improvisation adventure: “lean pepper” is essentially rice and meat and tomato sauce that rusts into a pepper, but is meat with rusty pepper. It seemed to look loose, and taste like a pure distilled comfort. If you hate what is originally a pepper barbecue stew, I don’t know you.

In recent years, the factor may depend on the sand and hashs to fill the meals, but they only created a few appearances-including delicious puree potatoes, in fact with leeks, as a concentrated side to a pleasant boulder from a medium-sized fillet, and a medium-sized.
Proteins were uniform, gentle and relatively juicy, whether chicken or shrimp or beef. Heat vegetables are always difficult to manage and it was honest here. In general, factor vegetables were probably a little boring if you nurtured them – and if you put them in a convection of an air or convection stove, it is much better. Also, move on to white or wild rice or “rhizoto” meals.

I always love freshly cooked food better than meals made from a box and warm again: the lighting of a fresh tomato, a pop of chickpeas, crisp and lively a carrot just a carrot, repeating in yesterday’s or last week’s food. But proteins and stews were particularly good, so the protein options plus my best experience with factor. It was also part of my favorite food service.
