Paying technology to celebrate forty years of excellence in flying
Reaching the fortieth anniversary of the competitive aviation industry is not a small achievement. However, the Thrist Tech (TTA) accessories, which is based outside the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport in South Florida, has done so completely – building successful works for MRO services (maintenance, repair and reform) since 1985 by focusing on ten main pillars: credibility, reliability, knowledge of industry, ability to adapt, experience, stability, stability, leadership, leadership And leadership.
“We have not been able to achieve this 40-year-old landmark without the steadfast support for our dedicated employees, first-class partners and standard agents-we have known them for decades,” said Stanley Colicar, President and Director General of TTA. “While we move to our next chapter, we thank you and look forward to continuing to grow together.”
The company has started as a small reofer store, but TTA has since developed into a fully-service MRO accessory company serving companies, private planes, Holicob aircraft, and narrow commercial aircraft-including only a wide range of aircraft of goods only. Since Kowlessar has acquired the company in 2017, TTA expanded its capabilities, team and infrastructure. The company is approved by
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), European Union Safety Agency (EASA), and UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
In late 2024, TTA opened a new manufacturing facility in Miramar, Florida, which greatly enhances its operational imprint. This facility now allows us to be the competitive edge to develop and produce important alternative aircraft parts that have problems in the main supply chain-all at home. Providing effective and timely solutions to our global customer base.
“With this expansion, we have improved the reliability of our supply chain and the total efficiency,” Kowlessar said. “It helps us maintain the costs in choosing and our customers in the air.”
The ability to adapt to TTA has been tested over decades of economic courses and industry challenges-including the September 11 attacks and fuel crises Covid-19. During the epidemic, TTA has doubled its stocks to meet the future demand – a step that helped the central company without losing a step in the service provided.
Kowlessar attributes the company’s success to a loyal team, institutional knowledge and innovation culture. “He was one of our employees here 33,” he said. “Our people is the heart of what we do.”
The company has also responded proactively to the manpower, including initial shifts and variable expectations about the culture of the workplace. By re -introducing the benefits of traditional employees and investing in training, TTA builds the workforce from the next generation while staying on power.
Recently, the company has obtained AS9110C and ISO9001: 2015 certificates; And brought more repair operations at home. “We always listen to our customers,” Kowlessar said. “Their notes drive our development and keep focus on developing cost -cost effective solutions forward.”
Since Thrist Tech Accessories looks forward to the fifth decade of work, the focus remains on maintaining excellence while continuing to grow organically and meet the needs of the changing aviation industry constantly.
