More Americans trust Trump’s feeding on the economy



A new poll found that more Americans trust the federal reserves on the US economy more than President Trump.

When they were asked about those who trust more to develop economic policies for the United States, nearly twice the number of respondents in the latest economic survey this week said the Federal Reserve. While 45 percent said they trust the federal reserve more, 26 percent said they trust Trump more. 29 percent said that they were not sure between the two.

Trump was abandoning the Federal Reserve and Chairman Jerome Powell in many of his second presidency in a large interest rate dispute.

The President has repeatedly highlighted the renovations at the city center’s headquarters in the city center, to argue with Powell, who wastes money, and he pushed to overthrow the administration of the Board of the Governor Lisa Cook. This has been largely considered a maneuver for Powell and others in the Federal Reserve Reserve.

However, most Americans surveyed, 59 percent, said they trust in the decisions of the FBI to interest rates, and more than half, by 52 percent, who said they trust the Federal Reserve to help direct the United States through economic uncertainty.

The poll found that 57 percent of the Americans “at least” are aware of what the Federal Reserve is doing. Sixty percent said its primary role is to determine American monetary policy.

Economic Reception/Yougov 1,691 adults from August 29 to Tuesday. The error margin is 3.4 percentage points.
