More Americans are now criticizing the role of billionaire technology Elon Musk in the Trump administration compared to the poll in the new Washington after ABC.
When they were asked whether they “agreed or agreed to the way Elon Musk deals in managing his work in the Trump administration,” 57 percent said they refused “somewhat” or “strongly”. This is an increase of 8 points from a survey in February, which asked the same question.
In the new survey, 9 percent did not have any opinion or did not answer the question about the approval of musk.
The poll found that 35 percent of the respondents said they “agreed with strongly” or “somewhat agreed.” This reflects the increase of one point in approval of the poll that was conducted a month after the Trump administration.
In the Washington poll after February, 49 percent said they were “strongly” or “to some extent” was against the job that musk was doing, while 14 percent said they were “not sure” and 2 percent did not have an opinion or did not answer the question.
Musk revealed last week that it will start spending less time in the Ministry of Government efficiency (DOGE) next month. Dogs’s controversial reduction in large pieces of federal spending came amid difficulty in maintaining general support, as he also faces multiple lawsuits. Tesla Musk has also achieved great success in the stock market since the beginning of the year.
According to what was reported by other members of the Trump administration, frustrations from Musk, including Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, Minister of Transport Sean Duffy and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessin.
The post-ABC NEWS-Pespos survey was surveyed between 18 and 22 April, and includes 2,464 people and 2 percentage points as a margin to take samples.
