Menzies Aviation Partners with UNHCR for the employment event in Mexico
Menzies Aviation, a leading service partner at world airports and airlines, has established a partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the United Nations Refugee Agency, to host a refugee employment event in Mexico, which led to dozens of people who are offered to jobs. This initiative is part of Menzies’s continuous commitment to enhancing comprehensive and comprehensive job opportunities in the global aviation industry.
A large delegation from Menzies Aviation joined the local teams in this event in Guadalajara, along with Anisah Dathi, commercial manager from the British embassy in Mexico City. More than 50 job seekers attended, and acquisition of visions and advice to follow up and secure employment in the aviation sector with the display of 20 jobs per day, and 15 after the event. This depends on the 19 refugees who have been appointed in Mexico since the beginning of the year.

Through its partnership with UNHCR and other NGOs, Menzies succeeded in appointing refugees in Mexico, as well as in the United Kingdom, France, Romania and the Czech Republic.
In addition to employment, Menzies is committed to enhancing stability and integration through practical employee support initiatives, including the innovative housing program for employees. Three sites are available in Mexico, located in Cancun, Jose Del Kabo and Puerto Valreta, safe and supportive places of more than 340 team members, including refugees, as well as a comfortable transport to and from the airport. It emphasizes the company’s continuous commitment to creating a comprehensive work environment that enhances luxury and stability.
