Itp Aero and Air Sign Sign Contract for Mro from CT7-9C3 engines


ITP Aero and Air Nostrum Engineering & Maintenance (VANEM) signed a General Electric CT7-9C3 engines, which operate the CN235 fleet run by SASEMAR (Sea Rescue Service). This contract is in line with a three -year period of three years, with the strategic focus of ITP Aero on expanding its presence in the MRO market and enhancing the post -sales capabilities of the main engine platforms currently operating.

Maintenance work will be carried out at the ITP Aero facility in Albacete (Spain). “We are happy to continue our partnership with Air Nostrum, as part of the Geospace engines during the service of CT7 engines,” says Alan Jones, CEO of MRO.

“This is another teacher that allows us to continue implementing the strategic MRO road map for ITP Aero, which leads to the expansion of post -commercial sales services and operational excellence of maintenance and repair capabilities.” Alan Jones adds.

The CT7-9C3 engines, which are operating on the CN-235, provides an increase in basic energy by about five percent and improving performance of hot boot and high compared to the current CT7-9 models. The engine performance improvements are due to the advanced centrifugal compressor, which completed the testing test last year.

The post-ITP Aero and Air Nostrum sign appeared for MRO engines from CT7-9C3 engines first at the air freight week.
