IAG Cargo is open for applications for its 2026 graduate program

• IAG Cargo has launched applications for its 2026 Graduate Programme, which offers 24-month employment opportunities in logistics, data and the newly added commercial stream.
• The programme, based at London Heathrow, gives graduates practical experience across the business, with many past participants gaining full-time roles at IAG Cargo or within the wider IAG Group.

IAG Cargo, the cargo division of the International Airlines Group (IAG), has announced that applications for its 2026 graduate program are now open.

The majority of graduates from the IAG Cargo program for 2023 and 2024 are now working full-time at IAG Cargo or across the wider IAG group. The graduate program offers participants hands-on experience in several key areas of business, including logistics, data and the newly introduced commercialization track.

Run for 24 months and based at the company’s London hub at Heathrow Airport, each program is designed to give graduates in-depth exposure to different business functions while providing them with the skills and experience needed to build a successful career in the air cargo industry.

Graduates who join Data and Business Flows will remain within their directorates for the duration of the programme. Logistics professionals will complete one operational course and one placement in another business area of ​​interest, providing a broad understanding of IAG Cargo’s overall operations.
