ECS and Global GSA Group group carry its first week

Whether it is an hour, day, or multiple moments throughout the week, the aim of the week of influence, which will last from 16 to 20 June 2025, is the inspiration and informing of the ECS Group and Global GSA Group group on many options available to participate in corporate social responsibility. What is meant by an annual event, Impact Week is part of the group’s charitable program, which was launched two years ago, which gives employees a monthly paid to invest in volunteering for a charity of their choice.

Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of the ESC group fabric and GSA Global Group, and its charitable program, which was established in January 2023, focuses on the return of the favor to society in four main areas: child protection, education, environmental protection, and helping of those in need. The carefully chosen digital system supports the program. It provides more than 5,000 volunteer opportunities and 11,000 charitable institutions around the world, and covers a large group of reasons. It also suggests hundreds of challenges that employees can participate in to increase awareness of environmentally friendly practices, diversity, inclusion, mental and physical health or luxury at work.

So the idea of influence the week is to raise the internal awareness of our charitable program, make it more concrete, inspire participation, and give instructions on how to participate. We want to enhance the spirit of solidarity and teamwork.”

“Our entire group-all entities and all employees-is encouraged to participate in the week of influence on a voluntary basis. Whether they donate an hour of their time, or a day or even longer (naturally in coordination with their administration to ensure that the daily process is not disrupted), they disrupt them,” says Aytekin Sarai, CEO of the GSA Global Group. “The important thing is that we get every person on board and inspire many options to participate in our digital platform. This is in no way comprehensive. Our employees can also suggest new initiatives and merge them on the platform, and thus open them to their colleagues.”

In addition to suggesting the possibilities of participation, the platform also allows users to track their personal impact, and stay aware of the initiatives of their colleagues through a direct news summary (including pictures and jobs), and ultimately enhances the feeling of society and the common purpose when learn more about what he pays.
