Dokasch Termtive solutions have opened the new Opticooler® stations in Miami, USA, Dublin, Ireland. These strategic sites are enhanced by accessing Dokasch Ts and providing better access to reliable packaging solutions in the Americas and Europe, supporting the global offer of life -saving drugs.
This new station is located near Miami International Airport (MIA), it will increase the availability of OPTICORLER® in the southern United States and provides more flexibility for customers in the region as well as Latin America. The station capacity is 30 initial containers and is expanded in the future. Miami International Airport, the most crowded in the United States, is a major center for the Air Movement between the Americas and Latin America. The airport deals with more than 451,000 square feet of specialized facilities for temperature sensitive commodities, making it an ideal location for pharmaceutical distribution. In 2023 alone, medical products were managed at $ 3.9 billion in MIA.
Dublin, which has a capacity of 40 containers, highlights the increasing importance of Ireland in the life science sector. Ireland is home to manufacturing facilities for the ten primary pharmaceutical companies in the world, and is the fifth largest source of pharmaceutical products, according to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The new Opticooler® stations in Miami and Dublin are completely in line with the comprehensive free delivery areas for Dokasch temperatures. This service guarantees that the Opticoler® RAP and RKN containers are delivered directly to the download point, while dealing with Dokasch with the organization and coordination. Large free delivery areas are available in Europe and the United States, with smaller areas covered in Asia, providing great savings in transportation costs.
