DNATA was named the first ground processor in the Ig’s favorite partner program
DNATA signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOF) with International Airlines Group (IG), to become the first ground processor chosen in the framework of the favorite partner program.
The memorandum of understanding is established for the broader and long cooperation between companies, as Iag deepens its relationships with strategic partners chosen to push innovation, consistency and long -term value.
“We are proud to be the first partner chosen for the new supplier program in Iag. This recognition reflects our strong operational record, commitment to innovation, and the ability to support the needs of our customers in the United States of America and beyond,” said David Parker, Regional CEO-Americans at DNATA.
“Our favorite partners program is a strategic initiative to generate long-term value for Iag and its customers through compatibility with a selection of mobile suppliers. Both long-term and new business extensions-in the last prize for ground handling services at Los Angel International Airport (LAX) of the Iag Group Airlines.
Services will start under the new contracts in the fourth quarter of 2025, which supports the broader IAG goal to improve ground handling operations, enhance the consistency of the service and provide long-term value through the main North American airports-with more opportunities to cooperate in light of the preferred partner program expected after this launch.
