Direct updates: The government closes after the Senate’s failure to pass the bills of spending
The government officially closed at 12:01 am after the Senate failed to pass a government financing bill.
The Chamber voted on a proposal from the Democrats, followed by the Stopgap Bill, which was passed at the Republican Party’s home, which would have maintained the spotlight until November 21.
Shortly after the vote, Russell Fair, head of the Administration and Budget Office (OMB), issued a memorandum of government agencies to start implementing its plans to “close organized”.
Both parties blame each other for failing to reach a deal and refuse to flash, leaving it unclear how Washington has come out of the closure.
Also on Tuesday, in an unprecedented gathering of the highest military copper, Trump pledged to make the army “faster, east”, while saying that the leaders should use cities “reasons for training” in a speech in Quantico, Virginia.
Defense Minister Beit Higseth addressed the senior generals and the Admiral army before Trump, as they made a plan of 10 points to reform the army culture. Higseth stressed the need to adhere to strict physical fitness standards, describing it, “not fully acceptable to see the fat generals and Admiral in the leading Pentagon halls throughout the country and the world.”
