  • 62 percent of exhibitors are from North, Central and South America
  • A focal point for multimodal transport and IT innovation

From November 11-13, 2025, the international logistics industry will gather at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The focus will be on the future of global supply chains: Logistics Americas and Air Cargo Americas, together with the Americas Cargo Project, bring together exhibitors from 18 countries and five global regions, underscoring the global importance of the trade show.

Three brands. One task.

Developing multimodal transport and connected supply chains. Transportation Logistics, Project Cargo and Air Cargo Americas is the leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management in the Americas. The exhibition will be opened with a ceremony featuring Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniela Levin Cava (invited), German Consul General Christopher Berger, and other prominent political and business leaders.

A special feature this year: For the first time, Project Cargo Americas will highlight innovations and best practices in heavy and oversized cargo transportation.

“Miami continues to prove itself as an ideal place,” says Dr. Robert Schönberger, Global Industry Leader at Messe Munich. “Its strategic location makes the show a true hub – not only for goods, but also for global communications. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our partners, transportation logistics in the Americas is now more multimodal and international than ever before. We look forward to the interaction between exhibitors, visitors and speakers. Ultimately, it is the people who make this event what it is now – a melting pot of shipping companies.” And logistics professionals from all over the world.”

Focus on intermodal with a strong air freight presence

The exhibition occupies Halls C and D of the Miami Beach Convention Center and covers an area of more than 5,000 square meters (more than 50,000 square feet), and will showcase innovative solutions to meet the challenges of global logistics networks. Every mode of transport and every link in the supply chain is represented – from air, sea and rail to road and digital logistics. Exhibitors include companies of all sizes, from large corporations to startups.

While the air freight sector remains the cornerstone of the event with its popular conference programme, service and technology providers in road, rail and maritime transport now represent half of the total exhibitors. In addition, digitalization takes center stage: one in five exhibitors will showcase innovations in IT, IT and data-driven logistics.

A truly international assortment

North America represents the largest share of exhibitors at 55%, including companies from the United States, Canada and Mexico. Central and South America contributes about 7%, with participants from Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay. It is followed by Europe with 23%, and includes exhibitors from France, Germany, Sweden, Turkey and the United Kingdom, while Asia makes up another 15%, represented by Uzbekistan, China, Hong Kong, India and the United Arab Emirates. Altogether, the exhibitors represent a truly global market.

Strong visitor growth and high-level audience

Visitor registration exceeds previous editions, with numbers already surpassing the last event three weeks before opening day. Early data shows a high proportion of C-level executives and key decision makers in the industry. Most registrations traditionally take place in the final days before and during the event. Entry to the international trade fair and high-level conference program comprising 19 sessions over two stages is free to attend. The show continues to attract a strong international audience, with a large percentage of attendees traveling from outside the United States.

networks. knowledge. a job.

Messe München developed transportation logistics in the Americas following the successful concept of the world’s leading logistics trade fair in Munich – as a platform for learning, networking and business growth. “In the global, connected economy, logistics depends on strong and stable partnerships,” stresses Schoenberger. “Especially in uncertain times, people value personal interaction more than ever. The strong commitment of our exhibitors and increasing visitor numbers show that our concept is working.”
