Aurrigo International PLC moves to the northeast

A senior service provider at Airside Systems in the UK signed its first deal in the northeast with the TEES Valley Combination (TCVA). Nearly one million pounds, the Aurrigo International PLC contract will cooperate with Teesside International Airport to develop an independent transportation system for passengers and passenger transport that will improve operational efficiency, reduce carbon fingerprint and provide improved passenger experience.

Starting in mid-October, Auto-Shuttle®, which includes eight seats in the company, will start the business to transport passengers directly from the plane steps to the terminal building. In early January 2026, AurriGo will follow by introducing Auto-DollyTug®-a fully driver car designed to move charging and luggage around airports.

Initially, the leading technology in Landside will start at the new independent mobility test center on the airport campus, where it will be placed through a strict test system before transferring Airside early next year.
