Founded in 1962, the Seahorse Freight Association brings together journalists, supply chain professionals and public relations experts in the logistics and transportation industry. The association champions diversity, champions new writing talent, and hosts the Seahorse Journalist Awards, which is open to media professionals reporting globally across the supply chain.

This year’s awards ceremony and Christmas celebration was held at the lively Mr Fogg’s City Tavern in London’s Broadgate Circle, bringing together the media and industry community to honor the voices shaping shipping journalism – from air and sea freight to sustainability and technology.

“It is a great honor to be recognized at the Seahorse Freight Association Journalists’ Awards last night. My thanks go to the Seahorse Board for providing this excellent event, and to the judging panel for this award. Air Freight Week has continued to go from strength to strength in recent years, and this recognition is testament to that progress,” said Edward Hardie.

I am extremely honored to have been chosen as a winner – Journalist of the Year – at the Seahorse Journalist Awards last night. Anastasia Simsek said: “A huge thank you to everyone who shared their time, ideas and stories with me this year – I learned so much from this amazing industry. Really proud to be part of Air Cargo Week and such a passionate, hard-working community.”
