Promote the infrastructure of the cold chain in India


The Minister of Industries and Trade at Telangana, Duddilla Sridhar Babu opened the new CSAFE facility in Hyderabad on the sidelines of the cold chain conference. The 15,000 -foot distribution warehouse and operations are the sixth square of CSAFE in India and is preparing to enhance the cold chain capacity across the region.

CSAFE is famous for its own thermal charging solutions that meet the needs of cold shipping requirements in the pharmaceutical industry around the world. Their offers include a wide range of products, such as active and negative air cargo containers, parcel solutions, cellular treatments and genes, and delivery options.

The new facility, which is located only 10 kilometers from Hyderabad International Airport, will meet the increasing demand for negative containers and thermal blankets of customers in Hyderabad, Asia and the wider Pacific. This facility is strategically developed to take advantage of the expanded drug market in Hyderabad and support the broader logistical needs of the vital high -growth in India.

During the opening ceremony, Minister Sarridhar Babu highlighted the importance of the cold chain of the Tilanga industry. “The cold chain and cold storage facilities are necessary for the economic growth of Tillanga. We are happy with the CSAFE decision to create a facility in Hyderabad, but we are also discussing the possibility of expanding this matter to a complete production facility,” the minister said.

Hyderabad has emerged as a vital center for the pharmaceutical industry, as the city hosted many leading pharmaceutical companies and startups in biological drugs. Darmesh Chahhan, Vice -President of Global Sales – noticed negative solutions at CSAFE: “The facility will primarily serve the negative container and thermal blanket needs for our customers in Hyderabad. The work here has become great, and customers demand a long -term facility.”

With the production facilities that were already created in Mumbai and Bon, the expansion plans of Ahmedabad and Bangalore, CSAFE puts herself as a critical player in the cold chain sector in India. “We have plans to expand the new Hyderabad facility and provide production capabilities, as well as active container repair services,” Tom Wear, CSAFE operations manager.
