Congress must act to restore conscience rights in medicine
The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education requires obstetrics and gynecology residents to participate in or observe induced abortions, regardless of their own beliefs, a coercive system that puts their careers at risk and violates their oath to do no intentional harm to patients.
