With the launch deadline fast approaching, GEODIS Poland has mobilized its expertise to deliver a seamless implementation. After just one month from contract signing to commissioning, GEODIS secured a 5,500 m2 warehouse custom-designed according to Südzucker Polska’s requirements, successfully passed the food-level sanitary audit and prepared all HACCP-compliant documentation.

GEODIS has also deployed advanced systems including enhanced security measures and warehouse equipment, such as humidity and temperature meters, all while completing comprehensive staff training and health checks.
