November 11 is not about serving veterans, it is about veterans serving America
Despite repeated calls by leaders across party lines to increase opportunities for national service, the United States has yet to take any real action, leaving it to individual veterans to take the lead in establishing service networks in communities where AmeriCorps programs have been withdrawn.
