HACTL achieves the highest level in the new IATA safety audit scheme
Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (HACTL) – the largest independent processor in the best shipping center in the world – got the highest level to be achieved – for any new employee of the IATA security system (SEMS).
The process of issuing a comprehensive iATA SEMS certificate focuses on six basic components: companies ’commitment, resource management, evaluation of threats, risk management, quality guarantee and quality control, emergency cases, security documents, and security documents.
The successful certificate of HACTL was achieved after a strict assessment of the site by iATA auditors, which provided a comprehensive evaluation of the organization’s readiness and maturity in line with the IATA SEMS framework. The non-wireless foundation component-any component of cybersecurity / threat from the inside-has been treated accurately during the audit.
According to the IATA SEMS audit report, HACTL shows a strong commitment to security excellence in aviation and has collected security considerations throughout its operations. This includes well -defined governance structures, advanced security strategy, pre -emptive cooperation with business departments, developing culture and awareness of continuous improvement.
