Airbus reports sharing repurchase transactions September 22-26 2025

Airbus SE reports (Stock Exchange Code: AIR) on the following shares replay transactions under regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 from the European Parliament and the April 16, 2014 Council on market abuse (“Market Usage Regulation in the European Union”).

Transactions are part of the shares re -announced program on September 8, 2025, for the purpose of supporting the activities of the future employee participation plan and the stock -based compensation plans.

The program is implemented according to the authority granted to the Airbus SE directors council by shareholders at Airbus’s annual meeting held on April 15, 2025, to report up to 10 % of the source capital.
