Globe Air Cargo Bulgaria is a major teacher

Globe Air Cargo Bulgaria celebrated the twentieth anniversary. From the first employee of the company in Bulgaria to its guideline, the leadership of the Mellchenkova was an effective role in building and supporting the powerful Globe Air Cargo on the market.

The success of the ECS group is driven by dedicated local teams who understand its markets, and they appreciate the loyalty of employees and gender equality. Tania Mlechenkova stands out as a major leader that embodies these values.

Starting in 2004, MLCHENKOVA was appointed as the first employee of Globe Air Cargo Bulgaria, with the task of creating operations from A to Z. At the time, the director, Henner SAS, is guided by a pivotal role in launching the company’s business in Bulgaria. When Sas retired, Mellchenkova took over and the company has successfully moved through many challenges, ensuring continuous growth and reliable service. “One of the biggest challenges was to maintain the confidence that was created with our partners in the airline,” said MLCHNKOVA. “I think our success lies in the quality of the uncompromising service, as we always seek to seek to achieve it.”

Under its leadership, GAC Bulgaria has become a reliable partner in the air freight industry, representing major airlines such as Polish airlines, WordCargo Swiss and DHL Aviation for nearly two decades. Mellcheva’s personal touch, its commitment to respect and accountability, and its close relationship with both customers and its team, GAC Bulgaria was distinguished from its competitors.

Thinking about the company’s trip, MLCHENKOVA expressed its pride in the growth of GAC Bulgaria and its dedication to its future. “Today, while we celebrate 20 years, I can say that this was not just a job. The service that we provide is far exceeding. My team and I are committed to the same principles, as I worked with passion and dedication to excellence over the next twenty years.

The twentieth anniversary was celebrated in a special event in Sofia on September 19, 2024, attended by partners, agents and employees, on the occasion of two decades of dedication, flexibility and success under the leadership of Mlecinkova. The event also reflected the group’s commitment to sustainability and its dedication to promoting equal opportunities. To reduce carbon emissions of traditional good things, a photo booth for guests has been installed: every photo taken contributed to a 10 euros donation to benefit from the National Mathematics School. As a result, 1530 euros will be granted for this bond, which depends only on contributions.
