The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Senate to enhance the delivery of infant formula to Gaza amid starvation

A group of five Democratic Senators called on Foreign Minister Marco Rubio to push Israel to increase humanitarian aid to Gaza, especially the formula of infants, with the distribution of reports that Israel will affect or completely stop aid in parts of northern Gaza.

A group of Democrats wrote in a message on Friday to Rubio: “We write to you today we ask the United States to use the United States full and power to facilitate an enormous increase in all humanitarian aid, especially infants, to Gaza to address this crisis,” wrote a group of Democrats in a letter on Friday to Rubio. “The United States and Israel are ethical to address the terrible conditions that threaten the lives of Palestinian families.”

The message was signed by SNS. Ruben Gallego (Ariz.), Tim Kaine (va.), Peter Welch (VT.) Mark Kelly (Ariz.) And Elizabeth Warren (Mass.)

The group cited a call to a short aid that they said was caused by the Israeli government regime to provide aid, the Gaza Humanitarian Corporation (GHF), “which led to a catastrophic decrease in food supplies and other humanitarian aid.”

Senate members wrote that the GHF aid does not include the child’s formula, and although the aid distributed by the United Nations includes the child’s formula, “69 trucks have entered average on the day Gaza according to Israeli government data, which is currently facing 500 to 600 trucks per day. Hunger.”

The letter called Rubio to demand the Israeli government immediately “to facilitate a huge increase in humanitarian aid to enter Gaza” and reopen all the crossing points.

An official said on Saturday that Israel is planning to reduce aid to northern Gaza, including the stopping of air drops on Gaza City and the restriction of the entry of aid truck, according to the Associated Press reports. AP indicated that Israel put an end to temporarily stopping during the day in the fighting to facilitate the delivery of aid on Friday.

Democrats in the House of Representatives recently issued a similar statement to Rubio, and called on the Trump administration to allow Palestinian women injured in the Israeli war to search for emergency medical care in the United States that recently followed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’s decision to stop issuing visas for people from Gaza, including medical and liability visas.

“It is a mistake to prevent children who occurred in the midst of this horrific struggle to receive life -saving medical care.”

The hill contacted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to comment.
