Menzies Aviation doubles the American fingerprint with the completion of the acquisition of $ 305 million from the G2
Menzies Aviation, Global Global, and the pioneering service partner for airports and airlines in the world, has completed its acquisition of G2 Secure Attach, a partner in the flight service to choose for major airlines throughout the United States.
The $ 305 million deal is strengthened by Menzies as a larger provider of aviation services in the world, and operates at 350 airports in 65 countries, supported by a team of 65,000 people highly trained. The deal is expected to reinforce the Menzies group revenues by 20 % to more than $ 3.1 billion, based on FY2024 numbers.
The acquisition in Menzies is placed as a pioneering player by airports in the United States – the largest and most dynamic market in the world. The Menzies G2 group provides operational flexibility and adds new pivotal capabilities immediately. G2 experience in ground services, including passengers and cleaning the cabin, complements and enhances the Menzies portfolio of the Earth, air cargo and fuel services.
John Redmond, the current US spending vice president, will continue to lead the region as he did for 18 years. G2 Senior Management will join John.

The deal improves the global communication of Menzies, allowing customers to take advantage of the leading safety and security standards in industry and operational excellence upon arrival and leave to more sites. It will also enhance Menzies’s ability to support airports and airlines with progress in sustainability goals, such as reducing the scope of three goals.
