Airforwards warns of slowing the charging to highlight broader problems

Airforwards Association has warned that the slowdown in the charging sizes, which was reported in the newly released US Ministry of Transport data, is another sign of the increasing challenges of trucks who face a fewer transportation options and increased supply chain costs.

The United States Craft Transport Services Index (TSI) decreased by 0.4 % in June compared to May and decreased by 0.5 % on an annual basis.

“While the epidemic taught us the importance of light movement in the supply chain, the current environment of changing commercial policies, definitions and organizational changes has left two trucks less than the transportation options,” said Brandon Farid, CEO of Airforwarders.

“Limited shipping options always lead to high costs, and costs that ultimately flow to American consumers.”

Farid stressed that sudden changes in politics, such as tariff adjustments or minimal threshold modifications, create ripples across all situations.

He said: “When transportation companies or roads are no longer viable, two trucks must turn quickly, and they are often more expensive alternatives.”

According to the Transport Statistics Office, the June decrease was driven by discounts in rail sizes, railways and trucks.

Air charging and shipping shipped with water witnessed modest increases, while pipelines’ sizes were flat.

Farid said: “Air freight continues to provide flexibility in times of turmoil, but the broader shipping network shows signs of stress,” Farid said.

“Our members are still committed to finding solutions that keep the goods move efficiently, even in the market with less and more expensive transportation options.”

The Airforwarders Association represents the companies specialized in transportation solutions and the time -based supply chain, and the call for policies that maintain effective, safe and competitive shipping networks.

The postforwards after the slowding freight is to shed light on wider problems that first appeared in the week of air cargo.
