The US court record system is hacked

In response to recent cyber attacks, the federal judiciary said that it was implementing new protection measures to investigate the judiciary on continuous exposure to “fixed and advanced cyber threats”.

The incident highlights long -standing warnings that the judiciary systems are obsolete and vulnerable. A senior federal judge told Congress in June that CM/ECF and Pacer are facing “relentless security threats” and need immediate replacement.

According to CNBC, the latest searchable Instagram feature indicating that the content submitted by the user is with specific labels-has raised a question of privacy concerns. This feature allows users to discover photos and videos by reviewing a video map interface.

But users quickly raised warnings about the potential of malfunction, harassment and misuse of data, especially for influencers and others who send real -time content from identifiable places. One of the viral posts warned: “Instagram randomly updates its program to cover a map feature without warning to anyone who has a control order and actively assures that their transgressors cannot create their position online.”

“This feature only shows the content of public accounts and reiterated that users can turn off the location,” Instagram said. However, the strong reaction is rapidly gathering more concerns about how to collect technology operating systems and show personal data in ways that surpassed users’ expectations and satisfaction.

Hackers endangered Google Customer Support System data in a violation related to a Salesforce account, according to Techcrunch. This infiltration of Wednesday affected an unknown number of Google customers and included unauthorized access to data such as contact information and “related notes for small and medium -sized jobs”.

The attackers are reportedly targeted through the Salesforce cloud systems. The Google Threat Information Group has made the attack on Shinyhunters, a hacked group known for targeting cloud -based databases of large corporations, including Salesforce systems.

The influential violation of Google follows similar attacks on Cisco, Ghanegas and Pandora, where the attackers used audio phishing to deceive employees for access. Google says the group may prepare a leak site for the victims’ extortion and is linked to other cybercriminals such as CC, which has a history of hacking and extortion.

According to Bloomberg, a cyber attack on Columbia University endangered personal information about 870,000 people, including students, applicants and possibly employees. The stolen data include contact information, academic records, details of financial aid, and some health and insurance information, according to the drafts provided for the victims, obtained by the news outlet.

The violation, which goes back in May, was only publicly acknowledged only after Colombia submitted reports to government prosecutors in California and Main. A university official had previously claimed that the offender was political motivated. The school claims to have implemented new protections and continues to inform the affected people.

The incident was before the university was cut off in June. The school is reportedly suspicious of a potential cyber attack at the time.
