Embraer Commercial Aviation expands its sales organization
Embraer Commercial Aviation has formed a team specialized in global rental and freight, as it continues to strengthen its strategic location in the goods market and rent it. The new team is located in Amsterdam, a major global aircraft center, and combines the experience of E-Jet passengers to shipping transfers and commercial airline rental activities under one unified structure.
Oliver Gerg will lead the team and appointed the First Vice President (SVP) for rental and shipping. Oliver brings a wealth of experience in this position by leading the global leasing team and played a pivotal role in the launch of FreeFter E in 2022. The role plays his reports directly to Martyn Holmes, the chief trading officials at Ambraer Commercial Aviation.
“The creation of the global rental and shipping team is a decisive step in our strategy to take advantage of opportunities in growing markets and rent markets. Oliver’s leadership, his experience in industry, and a deep understanding of our business makes him the ideal person to lead this initiative,” said Martin Holmes, the chief trading officials, said.
