AURRIGO International
The latest technology is detected by independent Aurrigo International PLC in Coventry yesterday, as part of an exciting project with Innovate UK, the center of connected and independent vehicles (CCAV), the giant in the supply chain and East Midlands Airport.
Auto-Cargo® is the largest air vehicle in the company so far, and it is scheduled to convert Airside Logistics by carrying a total load of 16,500 kg. The car is an alternative to the entire electrical emissions, on current diesel models.
With fine automation, detection of advanced obstacles, coordination of the actual time fleet, the car will reduce tension on workers, enhance safety, and improve performance on the ground.
With the support of financing from Innovate UK and CCAV, the next station for the new vehicle is to move heavy goods loads to and from aircraft at UPS at East Midlands Airport, the second largest charging station in the UK.
“This last launch is another broken moment for our business and our fingerprint extends in the aviation sector. Work with UPS, we have designed and developed an independent vehicle that can move a standard or two Us
“The launch event was the perfect opportunity to display the Auto-Cargo® and cooperation with UPS for an exclusive group of industry delegates. They have had the opportunity to look around the car and explore some technology and independent features for themselves.”
He continued, “We have achieved great success in our offo-dollythug® smaller airports around the world, which helped transport passenger luggage, and now we are ready to make our fingerprints in the shipping sector.”
Sarah Jones, Minister of Industry and Carbon, added her support: “Our modern industrial strategy in building will help with successes such as independent technology in Aurrigo, making growth, jobs and opportunities to every part of the United Kingdom and providing our plan for change.
“By working in partnership with the industry, we want to push innovation forward and push the development of the next generation of zero emissions and automatic vehicle techniques.”
Auto-Cargo®, which uses an electric campaign with a double engines 18.4 kW and a four-wheel equipment, enhances efficiency, safety and sustainability in airport charging operations, and thanks to a new software algorithm that has been developed at home, it can fully operate in harsh weather, including rain exceeding 50 mm per hour.
The maximum speed of the car is 25 km per hour and can work for up to eight hours for one charge.
