The rented schools reap the rewards of freedom and a healthy sense
Imagine the K-12 School, which is organized and managed by a group of concerned parents. The school is not a profitable company, it is not affiliated with any religious organization and does not charge tuition fees.
The administration and teachers exclusively focus on providing the best education and the highest quality for students. Students are taught using an installed academic curriculum that provides them with the basic knowledge necessary to be successful at an selective university, at work and in life.
They also learn that honesty, integrity, personal responsibility and respect for others are a well -known personal feature of life, and more broadly, than their place in a civil society working.
Such schools, in fact, exist. They are not private schools, not traditional public schools-they are republican schools, and they are usually referred to as rented schools.
The most important feature of rented schools for traditional public schools is freedom. The rented schools are free to use proper shipping methods for education instead of restricting them to follow the policies and procedures dictated by the uncommon bureaucrats for students and their families.
For example, during the peak of the Covid-19s, good rented schools chose to continue to provide instructions in the classroom while most traditional public schools were not allowed, and often due to pressure from employee unions, only to provide remote instructions.
Safe instructions were able to separate during the epidemic by installing air regulation systems in school buildings and departments among student offices. The decision to stay was controversial, but it has proven very useful for students.

This freedom gives an enormous advantage for rented schools for traditional public schools, where employment and procedures are controlled by government workers and teachers’ unions.
Good rented schools usually do not give schools to teachers. The possession protects good teachers from bad officials, and protects bad teachers from good officials.
The bad teacher can perform with a short notice. If the administration shows the teachers and its board of directors that it can be trusted to act fairly and equally in employee affairs, good teachers feel confident that their work is safe without the need for the protection provided by possession.
Contrary to the situation in traditional public schools, late school teachers can be rewarded with higher compensation and promotion without looking at seniority. It is usually rewarded on the basis of merit.
It is always advisable to recognize fair compensation, although the distinguished teachers are truly driven by a lesser degree through compensation and benefits from satisfying work with other dedicated professionals in a common endeavor worthy of attention. Good rented schools require teachers to maintain order and discipline in class and students to comply with the appropriate rules of behavior. This means that students are more willing to act with respect towards teachers and towards each other.
When the student is turbulent, a rented school teacher is enabled to stop sabotage behavior and the administration supports teacher behavior. This requires the administration to be innovative in the involvement of parents, and in order for them to realize the need to support the teacher when a problem arises regarding their child’s behavior at school. Officials and teachers must win the trust of parents.
Obviously, based on multiple standards such as standardized test scores and the success rates of their graduates in colleges and universities, good rented schools are doing an excellent job in student education.
The freedom to apply a healthy sense in choosing the curriculum, evaluating the performance of teachers and students, and maintaining the discipline of classrooms, gives enormous advantages to rented schools for traditional public schools that are burdened with the weight of huge government bureauchers.
