12 brands of cinnamon elevated to the elevated lead level
The administration of the Food and Drugs has issued a recovery of a dozen brands sold nationwide for advanced lead levels.
Taking cinnamon can be “unsafe”, and customers should immediately discard the products, the FDA warned.
Restored cinnamon brands include:
- El Chillar, El Treto has been sold in the market
- Markum, sav-a-lot sold at food stores
- Swadd, Patel sold in Brothers
- The highest tradition sells at the Tree, Dollar Tree
- Kamia Indillor Oriental, sold in Eurogram
- Alb tastes, sold in eurogram
- Shahzada, Premium has been sold in supermarket
- Spice classes, sells in Fish World
- La Frontra
- Jewa Organics, sold at Taj supermarket in California
- Super brand, Little Rock, Ork has been sold at the Asian supermarket.
- Asley, Colombia’s A&E Global Market has been sold, Md.
According to the FDA, consuming infected cinnamon can lead to advanced levels in the blood, which can cause health problems after long -term exposure.
“There is no illness or adverse events in combination with these products,” the FDA said in a notification of revision.
